摘要：This interlocutory appeal challenges the trial court’s certification of a class of plaintiffs who assert breach of warranty claims based on an alleged defect in the steering mechanism of certain vehicles manufactured by DaimlerChrysler Corporation (Defendant). The trial court’s order certifying the class is affirmed.
