摘要:The promotion of the marketing is a new problem for the Romanian public administration. We see that
there are slight attempts to use the managerial aptitudes of marketing in this field of activity. The putting into
practice of the marketing programs in administration depends on the conception of the executive authorities,
that can guide the marketing activity towards the quality of the public services from the perspective of the
citizens¡¯ requests, or towards the social field.
All the institutions from the public administration from our country must have as purpose the
satisfaction of the population¡¯s need for public services, but not all of them are oriented towards this carrying
out and does not put the citizen/client in the center of their preoccupation. A policy of reconstruction of the trust
in the Romanian public administration can lead to the increase of the officials¡¯ efficiency and efficacy, and to
the increase of the degree of clients¡¯ satisfaction, of the civil society and of the media in which concerns the
public services
