摘要：Complex institutions, strongly capitalized have occured within the financial tranzactions settings that manage huge funds and act on a transnational level. The process is a dynamic one, developing toward a close relation between the bank and estate values sectores, by creating a global .supermarket¡± that offers all kinds of financial products. This seems to be a necessary compromise determined by the increase in volume and complexity of the financial flows.
