摘要:Food products represent factors of the environment and along their life, people have very close
relationships with these factors. The oldest and the most important relationship comes from the fact
that food products supply the human body with the nutritional stuff necessary in these situations: in
supplying the energy needed in vital processes, in synthesizing the human body¡¯s substances and in
helping wear the human body as well as in producing substances such as enzymes and hormones
which are in favor to the normal development of the metabolic processes
A correct eating requires the achievement of another essential condition namely that the food
products should be devoid of harmful agents or these agents should exist in accordance with certain
limits and in such a way that they should not harm the human body when they are eaten. There are
cases in which food products contain such harmful agents, these food products become sources of
disease, and they ruin people¡¯s state of health.
