摘要：The responsibility for the other person based on the article 1000 paragraph 3 Civil Code is the most frecquently responsibility putted in practice. To protect the victim from the insolvency of the one who is responsible for the prejudice, the Civil Code establishes the indirect responsibility of the ¡°comitent¡±.
