摘要：This paper approaches the services offered to the students by the faculties of Economic studies. We use the results resulted from an investigation of the students’ perceptions about these faculties. We try to find out the aspects that matter when students evaluate the universities. Based on certain aspects, we also try to compare the services offered by a faculty from a state owned university and its competitors, faculties from the private universities.
