摘要:The basic procedures in strategic management apply
equally to both profit and non-profit-making organisations, despite their
clear differences. In accordance with this idea, the aim of this paper is
to research the application of strategic management processes in certain
organisations, which include special employment centres, by drawing
a conceptual framework which would, above all, help to clarify and
organise the strategic analysis phase within the strategic management
process. This kind of analysis can be developed by a given organisation
in order to determine their opportunities, threats, strengths and
weaknesses. Awareness of these, together with the mission of the
organisation, represents the fundamental basis for the identification of
alternative strategies and for the selection of the most appropriate strategy
in order to meet the targets of the organisation.
