摘要:This study shows the role assumed by the professionals that work in sheltered workshops for handicapped persons, especially tutor-educators or specialist employment. In other hand, the sudy mentions the need that professional profiles reply to the performances in order to integrate to the handicapped persons through an intervention process. So then the training in planned like a tool which hold up the functions that will be realized in the workshops. We can forget these functions firm in three levels: institutional, professional and user (handicapped person). The trainer profile that we want to delimit will be affected by the alluded elements, if we have account the interdisciplinary performances.
