摘要:Nowadays, the certification of competences is one of the basic topics when we talk and think about training and work. We could analyse labour and training mobility as a consequence of constant changes in context, the improvement in the quality of training, the new ways in training and work in european area. The fact of the matter is that it’s necssary that some clear, viable and right process in assesment and certification of competences have been achieved. This article is about professional certification and it proposes some questions about assesment process that allow to certificate some competences, both institutional training and derived by experience.
