摘要:This paper describes the professional profiles, competencies, training needs in the different professional levels from the sheltered jobs, occupational centre or service of occupational therapy in Catalonian, with the purpose of orienting training actions. For all it a mixed methodological perspective considers (descriptive ex- post facto and qualitative analysis) that remembers the identification of discrepancies based on the training needs and the characteristics personnel-professionals, the motivational factors, the weaknesses and strengths of the professionals and the training demands from its professional performance.
