摘要：People with disabilities face innumerable challenges to their inclusion in development work. Meaningful partnerships remain an essential strategic priority for disability and development to ensure the social and economic progress of the population with disabilities. The Global Partnership for Disability and Development (GPDD) was initiated in 2004 by the World Bank in order to promote and facilitate inclusive development . the inclusion of disability issues and persons with disabilities in mainstream development policy and practice in developing countries.
