  • 摘要:In this paper, the social psychological, economic and political roots of nepotizm are investigated. Nepotizm is a dynamic phenomenon which reemerges at different stages and in different forms during the development of family businesses. This study tries to look into nepotizm and institutionalization in a dynamic perspective. Primarily, nepotizm is not perceived as an arbitrary, emotional and instinctive behavior but as a rational and selected behavior. This is necessary because we cannot institutionalize family businesses if we seek the roots of nepotizm in emotional sub-cognition level of the people. Finally this paper handles the themes, family business, nepotizm and institutionalization as a process.
