摘要：It Describes the “Digitando o Futuro” Project, a pioneer iniciative about digital inclusion at Paraná State (Brazil), now running under “Cidade do Conhecimento” Portal. The article presents some definitions concerning Internet individual usage as a condition to social visibility, as well as the problems to deal with the digital technology available. It also reports a Focus Group session in which young adults (ages between 15 to 25 years old) narrate their experiences and motivations about the overall access conditions offered by the Project. Some opinions about library usage, free access to Internet resources and citizenship were also collected and discussed.
