摘要：The General Settlement Fund for Victims of National Socialism started with the initial payments to applicants at the end of January 2006. In the decisive expertise concerning the advance payments the claims that have not yet been assessed were estimated with an imputation method. These estimates were the basis for fixing the quotas of the initial payments. These quotas amount to 10% or 15% of the recognized claims depending on the categories of property for the various claims for compensation.
