摘要:¨C The increasing relevance attributed to plurilingualism in the last year
has broadened the scope of the language teacher!ˉs work. Thus, plurilingual an
intercultural education is a current challenge for the professional growth of a Language
Educator. In-service teacher education programmes can be considered as a possible and
precious answer to face this challenge.
This text presents a teacher education programme intended to enhance plurilingualism.
It analyses the willingness and commitment of a language teachers!ˉ group, in
Portuguese secondary school, within this opportunity of professional development.
