摘要：This article presents: the motivational processes internalized in adulthood age, the possibility of new intrapersonal constructions, and diversity of intrinsic and extrinsic experiences in personal situations and cultural contexts, involved in that stage of life and which end up constituting these motivation processes during life time. This work is a bibliographic study which aims to provide a broader understanding about adulthood age, the motivation processes and diversity in this period of life.
