摘要：¨ This text is the synthesis of some years of studies and research where the ideas of the Chilean thinker Humberto Romes¨an Maturana, are taken as an impor tant reference for the agreement of the educative process. The emphasis is to search to contribute for the construction of a learning process human being, who has as starting point some values as: solidarity, cooperation, shelter and recognition of the other. In this text I argue the idea of Maturana of the love as the epistemol¨(R)gico? principle for the construction of a learning that privileges the cooperation between the human beings and not it competition. This idea is anchored in the thesis of that in we cons- truct human beings to them not for the competition and yes for the cooperation.
