摘要：We present here new information and the first records of 14 species of birds for El Salvador: Snow Goose (Chen caerulescens), Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos), Cinnamon Teal (Anas cyanoptera), Ring-necked Duck (Aythya collaris), Snail Kite (Rostrhamus sociabilis), Broad-tailed Hummingbird (Selasphorus platycercus), Mountain Trogon (Trogon mexicanus), Hoffmann’s Woodpecker (Melanerpes hoffmannii), Tawny-throated Leaftosser (Sclerurus mexicanus), Wedge-billed Woodcreeper (Glyphorynchus spirurus), Red-capped Manakin (Pipra mentalis), Sedge Wren (Cistothorus platensis), Tropical Parula (Parula pitiayumi) and Scarlet Tanager (Piranga olivacea), as well as data on six poorly known species: Eared Grebe (Podiceps nigricollis), Lesser Scaup (Aythya affinis), American Golden Plover (Pluvialis dominica), Wilson´s Phalarope (Phalaropus tricolor), Sooty Tern (Onychoprion fuscatus) and Eastern Meadowlark (Sturnella magna). Additionally, we include a record of the Red-lored Parrot (Amazona autumnalis) which may correspond to an individual escaped from captivity.
