摘要：This is now the fourth year in which Psychology Science has been published. We have made an effort to publish papers on recent topics in our special issues (e.g. the last of them: Considering response distortion in personality measurement for industrial, work and organizational psychology research and practice by the guest editors Deniz S. Ones, Chockalingam Viswesvaran, Stephan Dilchert, and Jürgen Deller) in addition to varia papers, and also to establish a distinguished editorial board and a sophisticated reviewing process (the rate of rejected papers is about 70 %). Moreover we have endeavoured to attract contributions from all over the world that deal with a broad range of topics.
