摘要：Only an indicated and perfectly timed antiseptic treatment with the proper substance ensures optimum wound healing. Chosing the best treatment means to decide between the toxicity of the antiseptic and the damage done by the infection. The article shows the important factors for making the right decision and gives recommendation on indications and substances by examples with a practical orientation.
