  • 摘要:The approaches just-in-time, logistics and the supply chain management are pointed out in this work through out a case study about the changes that occurred among the years of 2000 and 2003, in the supply and market delivery characteristics in a brakeline manufacturing joint-venture. Some important results of this study were the increase of 128,57% in the brakeline production volume and the decrease of production lead-time from ten days to two days. The need to delivery to the market with more speed and volume caused deep transformations in the supply and logistics systems of the enterprise. To delivery the new volumes, the enterprise it started to count with suppliers more and more distants of its network, what caused a deterioration in the JIT supply. That phenomenon observed in the enterprise reveals the interdependence and the commitments (trade-off) among the customers delivery, the supply and the logistics systems.
