摘要:This research analyzed the dynamics of the Program of Corporative Education of the Bank of Brazil, how much to the effectiveness of the strategies of formation and professional qualification, under the point of view of the employees, with theoretical basement in the ability model. The study, of quali-quantitative character, using thestrategies of the case study, and that if it configured as a exploratory research, it had as object the Itabuna/BA agency of the Bank of Brazil. The gotten data had been of principal sources and secondary. The results had pointed that the Program, although to praise the estimated ones of the ability model, provides resulted limited in the practical one. Besides, showed that the banking work still mixture routine and standardized, typical tasks of the taylorismo, with activities that demand of the worker the requirements of the ability model. How much to the perspectives for the profession, it was verified that the bank clerk will have to be, each time more, a multipurpose worker.
