摘要：international organization which has been unifyingthe democratic nations in Europe. After World WarII, the Council of Europe has been seen to protectdemocracy and stability and to empowercooperation among nations. For these reasons, somany arrangements (conventions and charter, etc.)have been presented to be approved by the membercountries. Copenhagen criterias which are theconditions of becoming the member of theEuropean Union were accepted in 1993. Thepurpose of this study was to evaluate theConventions and Charter of the Council Europewhich are similar to Copenhagen political criteria.
