摘要：The impact of the rapid growth of information and communication technologiestoday cannot be followed easily but everyone can feel this phenomenon in theirdaily life. On the other hand, the new means of communication have been usedby the business companies and organizational structures, work methods,manager and employee profiles, in broader terms business life have beenchanged. This transformation process has been examined and NetworkedOrganizational Communication Model has been emphasized in this paper. Thefurther empirical study has been proposed.
