摘要：On the basis of me principles of the SUS and in special to the one of the universality, the completeness and the access to the health, this study identify the difficulties found for carriers of encephalic vascular accident (AVE) in the accomplishment of physiotherapeutic treatment in the Jequié city. Study descriptive of exploratory character, being the data collected by means of an interview half-structuralized with 50 carriers of AVE who carry through physiotherapeutic treatment in conveniadas Clinics to the SUS in the Jequie city. On the basis of the collected information we contact that of the 50 interviewed , 44 fid difficulties in the accomplishment of physiotherapeutic treatment, being the most cited, the distance of the clinics of physiotherapy, the transport to be dislocated until the clinic, the authorization of the visa of the physiotherapy solicitation and the amount of set free sessions. In this direction we can infer that the physiotherapeutic assistance in the Jequié city needs measures that place in action strategies and/or programs of health that make possible the accomplishment of a accessible physiotherapeutic assistance to the carriers of AVE and next to its socioeconomic context, so that the principles and lines of direction of the SUS are reaffirmed
