摘要:This paper analyzes the dynamics of change relative to the deployment of a digital workspace for the initial training in an school of engineering. The study brings to light several types of tensions: between individual activity and collective activity on the one hand, between quantitative objectives (scale of the deployment) and qualitative objectives (educational innovation) on the other hand. These first observations lead the research team to direct its investigations to the analysis of the processes of appropriation and institutionalization of the innovation.
