Soil microfungal communities, consists of innumerable species, and various factors can perturbed.
The objective of the present investigation were to examine changes in the composition of soil fungal
communities, associated to Hovenia dulcis Thumb. Plantation in the region of Roca Sales, Rio Grande
do Sul, Brazil. The soil samples were collected in different seasons, beteween 2003 and 2005. The soil
sample were dilution until 10-6 and propagate in plate with half PDA. The incubation occur at 27ºC
for 6 days at 12 hours photoperiod, for after species identification. The identified genus and/or
species were: Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma harzianum, Rhizopus stolonifer, Fusarium oxysporum,
Lecanicillium sp., Cladosporium herbarum, A. flavus, Alternaria alternata, Absidia ramosa, Pestalotia
sp., Curvularia robusta, F. solani, Paecilomyces sp., Mortierella rammanniana and F. moniliforme.
