摘要:The formation of company arrangements or strategic
partnerships between organizations has been gaining ground in
the managerial environment as it provides synergic results based
on complementarity, sharing, collaboration, and resource and
capacity connectivity. In the ambit of this paper we will point out
company arrangements in an inter-organizational network form
among small and micro-companies. The applied methodology is of
qualitative nature that involves the acquisition of descriptive data
by participating observations coming from the direct contact of
the researcher with the studied situation. Upon this perspective, the present study, through the presentation of the MACSUL
Network Case, presents several reflections upon the experience
on the formation and development of this network contributing to
the understanding of the dynamics and complexity of the
companies in a network context. The effort dedicated in this
manner makes it possible to stimulate the development of small
business and subsidize public and private initiatives in the
organization and growth of small and micro-companies performing
in the network.
