摘要：We present the anaesthetic management for excision of a large epiglottic cyst obstructing the airway. Conventional laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation was difficult and potentially risky. Anticipating difficult airway, a decision was taken to perform an awake flexible fibreoptic intubation and was successfully managed.
