摘要:It is hypothesized that the practice of job rotation affects employees’ attitude toward their jobs. Using data obtained from twenty-one Taiwan’s large companies, the author highlights the significant effects of job rotation on employees’ job satisfaction and training evaluation. Implications of the findings are discussed.
