VICTORIA Beckham doing battle in the pop charts with Bob the Builder? It's going to be a tough one to call. One's a tiny, unreal, two-dimensional character that can't really sing but entertains very young children with cheap and corny renditions of songs and the other is a kids' favourite animated television character.
