The Camera Never Blushes - Company Business and Marketing - Brief Article
Kate MillerNakedNews.com is hiring, and it's looking for more than just a pretty face. No journalism experience is required to deliver the news for the Toronto-based site's daily Webcasts, but candidates must be at least 18, with good body language and the ability to read a TelePrompTer and strip off clothing at the same time. Nontrivial, as Bill Gates might say.
The site features four women who take it all off while reading sports, science, business and general news culled from wire reports. NakedNews now wants to add beefcake to the cheesecake. The year-old site's search for male anchors was spurred by a "deluge of requests" from female fans, who make up 20 percent of the audience, says spokeswoman Kathy Pinckert. The site, which Pinckert says brings a "European sensibility" about nudity to North America, Webcasts once a day but wants to expand its coverage. Or lack thereof.
