TONY Blair justifies war with Iraq on the basis that Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction which are a danger to Britain. Billions have been spent on our own nuclear arsenal, supposedly to prevent someone like Saddam attacking us. Is Mr Blair now admitting that our nuclear deterrent will not actually deter anybody?
