YOUR SAY: Reader's letter

YOUR undercover report last week playing out life as a senior citizen was both fascinating and disturbing reading. We should all sit up and take notice - and be more helpful to older folk when it comes to such apparently simple tasks as stepping on to a bus.

If we are spared, we younger ones may well be in that position too one day, so a little respect is what we should all bear in mind and put into action.
