SM Plus: Letter: HIV

MONEY shouldn't be an issue when it comes to tackling HIV and anybody who enters the country should be tested - regardless of the amount of time they are here for. The Government must tackle this epidemic head-on and make testing compulsory for higher risk groups before it's too late. If we don't act now this killer disease could end the human race.
