HOW wonderful to see on Pet Rescue the public services - firemen, the police, the Army - as well as the public, helping animals to safety at RSPCA kennels when York was flooded. I hope the National Lottery gives a donation to the RSPCA to help refurbish their kennels after all the damage caused.
