WITH the foot-and-mouth restrictions in place, was this a good time for the Go Walking advertisement to appear on our TV screens?

It has been claimed that some American tourists have been told that their feet may fall off if they come over here for a holiday.

Maybe the Tourist Board could provide the Americans with a Guinness advertisement. Surely this would explain how to get legless when they visit Ireland.
