David FrancisWHEN our beloved Royal Mail became the strangely named Consignia I suspected things would start going wrong. Now thousands of jobs may be axed. And it's proposed to scrap the second post and charge pounds 50 if customers want their letters before 9.30am. While the public and postal workers will suffer, I bet the bosses will prosper.
