King and the thief - The Fans Speak Out - Letter to the Editor

A splendid and knowledgeable account of the best players on each franchise. My only questions pertain to Bernard King and Sidney Moncrief, both of whom I would put on the First Team for the New York Knicks and Milwaukee Bucks. They are No. 63 and 72 on your all-time top 100 list from December 1999.

During one year, one magazine rated King the player of the year. Moncrief's inside game was phenomenal, as was his defense. So why were they omitted?
