Real service
Thomas E. SmithI own five Leupold Scopes. Last year, I fell while dragging a deer down the mountain with my Sako rifle with 3.5-10X Leupold Scope (one of my oldest). I was very concerned that the scope was badly damaged and replaced it with another scope. Just recently, I purchased another rifle which needed a scope. So, I retrieved the damaged scope and contacted Leupold via e-mail about returning the scope for repair. I received a reply to my e-mail within minutes. I followed the directions provided and returned the scope asking that a cost estimate for repair be sent to me before any work was completed. Within two weeks from the time it was received in Beaverton, Ore., the scope was returned to me. The Leupold Technical Service Specialists replaced the Objective Lens, rebuilt the Erector System and returned the scope to me at no charge. I knew when I purchased my Leupold Scopes that I purchased quality merchandise from a top-notch company, but their service far exceeded my expectations when I received the return of the scope in "as new" condition and at no charge.
