David Bobbitt was appointed senior vice president of retail for Sterling Savings Association. LeMaster & Daniels has hired Steven Coleman as a senior in its accounting and auditing department. Coleman, who is experienced in audits of car dealerships, title companies, pension plans, banks and non-profit organizations, was previously with Collier, Johnson & Woods as an audit supervisor. Rick Harkins has joined Fidelity Associates Insurance Brokers as an account executive. Harkins was formerly with Safeco Insurance Co. Linda Bruno has joined Travel Management Inc., in Coeur d'Alene, as corporate travel coordinator. Bruno has 18 years of experience as an international travel specialist. Best Western Templin's Resort, Post Falls, has hired Patty Roberson as sales manager. Roberson was formerly with Greyhound Park. Tara Leonard has joined Cox Communications as an advertising consultant. Leonard was previously with Citadel Communications. Gary Schimmels has joined Crowley Realty Better Homes and Gardens as a Realtor. Schimmels has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and related fields. Windermere's Spokane-East Sprague office has four new sales associates: David Nerren has 10 years of real estate experience and will work in new construction marketing and sales. Ed Jones began his real estate career in 1991 and has worked in freelance media productions. Matt Dittrich previously worked as a general contractor and has been in real estate since last year.Lorraine Hingston Roach, owner of Competitive Edge Consulting in Grangeville, Idaho, has joined Rocky Mountain International as a consultant specializing in marketing tourism facilities, outfitter services, communities and attractions to the European market. MOVING UP: Teri Van Noy has been promoted to assistant vice president of Washington Trust Bank. Van Noy will continue to supervise the Priority Service Department, the bank's automated call system for customer account information. Hospice of Spokane has promoted Kathy Ramsey and Agnes Ericson: Ramsey was promoted to AIDS resource director. She has served with Hospice of Spokane as AIDS resource coordinator for three years and was formerly a managing social worker. Ramsey will advocate for provision of quality care to those with HIV/AIDS. Ericson, who was promoted from office manager to human resources/ office manager, has been with Hospice of Spokane for more than a year and will continue to supervise office personnel and maintain facilities and equipment. She also oversees personnel records management, employee assistance programs, OSHA and other federal regulations compliance, staff training and development. STARTING UP: Karen Delaney and Candice Wallace have formed Mind Your Own Business, which will provide training and development workshops for professional organizations and individuals. Executive recruitment services also will be available. ELECTED: Dr. Deborah Harper, a pediatrician, was elected to a two-year term as president of Valley Hospital and Medical Center's medical staff.
