essential ingredients for being an outstanding principal are all in how you spell it, The
Parish, Thomas SThe principalship is a highly responsible position, perhaps the most responsible position in all of academia. Young minds are often shaped through the principal's decisions and acts of discipline, not to mention the feelings of the teachers in the school too. This brief note will therefore highlight the essential ingredients required if one wishes to become an outstanding principal.
How do you spell relief, especially if you are a struggling student or an aspiring teacher? Well, oft-times the answer lies in the skills and tact of the principal, and how he or she acts toward these types of individuals. What follows, therefore, are the essential ingredients required of every outstanding principal if everyone (i.e., student and teacher alike) is to attain relief and the various successes that they might seek.
P like in PRUDENT, or as in POLITICALLY aware,
R like in REASONABLE, and in always seeking to be fair.
I like in INNOVATIVE, at least as a general rule,
N like in NICE, always doing what's best for you.
C like in CALM, COMPOSED and COOL, and not just pretending to be anybody's fool!
I as in INTERESTED in doing what's right,
P as in PERSPECTIVE, always willing to share their insight.
A as in AMIABLE, always seeking to be a friend,
L as in LEVEL-HEADED, and they'll be this way 'til the end!
So what's in a name?
Well, I'll tell you this for sure,
If you act like a benefactor to your students and their teachers, your name they will always revere.
