THE 70s really did produce some shocking mops and I've unearthed another one here. Kevin Keegan may have been a hero for England and Liverpool, but what the hell is going on up top? His barber should have been shot on the spot for that shocking snip. Thankfully, these days Kev doesn't have any barnet issues. The City boss always looks elegant on the touchline.
