Gospel music service planned at Unitarian
Linda Ball CorrespondentTami Moore and Jim Weddell will lead a gospel music service at the North Idaho Unitarian Church Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the Harding Family Center, 15th and Wallace.
"Gospel Music Sunday," described as a "shameless excuse to sing as many songs as we can in one service," is in its sixth year at the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Palouse in Moscow. Reverend Jim Bob and Sister Tami Lea are bringing the effervescent joy of the gospel tradition to North Idaho this weekend to celebrate the African American spiritual and to get in touch with Unitarian Universalist gospel tradition.

Aglow dinner meeting scheduled
The Coeur d'Alene Evening Aglow dinner meeting will be held Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Coeur d'Alene Inn, 414 W. Appleway.
The speaker will be President Maria Jenicek. Dinner is $10. Call Maria at 777-7964 for reservations.
Men's breakfast meeting
Community United Methodist Church, 1470 W. Hanley, will have their monthly men's breakfast meeting today at 7:30 a.m. at the Iron Horse Restaurant.
This time of fellowship is open to men of all ages in the community. Today's program is presented by Cort Wilcox, financial consultant with D.A. Davidson and Co. He will speak about the financial market outlook and financial planning.
