DAN for travel insurance - Travelers' intercom: readers' opinions, tips & recommendations - Divers Alert Network - Letter to the Editor

In the article on travel insurance in the July '03 issue, an incorrect website was given on page 40. The website for Divers Alert Network (DAN) is actually www.diversalertnetwork. org (not.com).

I called DAN and they were efficient and very pleasant. I was signed up over the phone and given a membership number right then. The membership is immediately effective, although the paperwork probably won't arrive for a week or two. It seems like a great bargain.
