摘要：Gravity model and system cluster method are integrated in this paper to generate a regression analysis on the gravity of many transferees of Foshan’s ceramics industry, which are discussed under the background of the industry and human resource transfer practice. Also the value and role orientation of the industries, enterprises and governments in the transfer process are explored, which provides theoretic guidance to the transfer practice. The analyzing results show us, the gravity of transferees in Guangdong province is bigger when compared to other areas.
