摘要:Realita pendidikan saat ini dirasa kurang membebaskan anak dalam mengeksplorasi potensi yang dimiliki memberikan suatu kegalauan yang harus ditanggung oleh masyarakat. Sebab, sebagian orang tua berharap anaknya berkembang sesuai potensi yang dimiliki, namun fasilitas pendidikan formal masih belum bisa mewadahi permintaan itu. Munculnya Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah memberikan suatu gerakan untuk mewarnai pendidikan di Indonesia menuju pada peta pendidikan yang humanis untuk mentransmisikan potensi anak di dalam dunia pendidikan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pendidikan pengembangan potensi diri di Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengembangan potensi diri di Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah didasarkan pada Kurikulum Berbasis Kebutuhan (KBK) yang berusaha mengkoneksikan antara potensi yang dimiliki warga belajar dengan realita yang terjadi secara kontekstual. Hal tersebut dilakukan melalui proses habituasi yang berusaha mendekatkan siswa pada pengalaman belajar untuk mencapai target belajar sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Melalui narasi ini akan lahir pengembangan model baru pada pendidikan alternatif dalam perspektif antropologi pendidikan.
其他摘要:The current reality of education which is felt to be lacking in freeing children in exploring their potential provides a disturbance that must be borne by the community. Because, some parents expect their children to develop according to their potential, but formal education facilities still cannot accommodate that request. The emergence of the Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah provides a movement to color education in Indonesia towards a humanist education map to transmit children's potential in the world of education. This paper aims to describe the educational model of self-potential development in the Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that the self potential development model in the Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah is based on the Need Based Curriculum (NBC) which seeks to connect the potential of the learning community and the contextual reality. This is done through a habituation process that seeks to bring students closer to the learning experience to achieve learning targets in accordance with their potential. Through this narrative will be born the development of new models on alternative education in the perspective of educational anthropology.
