摘要：Sermüezzin Rifat Bey, one of the composers of the 19th century, composed songs in different maqams and in various forms. Rifat Bey, the composer of the Tanzimat period, kept pace with the changes brought about by the westernization trend. His songs in the field of Turkish music and Western music are important for both fields. In this study, Sermüezzin Rifat Bey's in hicâzkâr maqam, that determined note in 22 pieces study, rhythm-prosody relationship was examined. That use, in between studies, of prosody's similarities and differences showed. In light of the results obtained, of lyrics, with music phrases and rhythm was seen that in harmony is shaped.
其他摘要：XIX. yüzyıl bestekârlarından Sermüezzin Rifat Bey farklı makamlarda ve çeşitli formlarda eserler bestelemiştir. Tanzimat dönemi bestekârı olan Rifat Bey, Batılılaşma akımının getirdiği değişikliklere ayak uydurmuştur. Türk mûsikîsi ile Batı müziği alanında yaptığı eserler, her iki alan için de önem teşkil etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Sermüezzin Rifat Bey'in hicâzkâr makamında notası tespit edilen 22 adet eserindeki usûl-arûz vezni ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Eserler içerisinde kullanılan arûz vezinlerinin, benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında güftelerin, müzik cümleleri ve usûller ile uyum içerisinde şekillendiği görülmüştür.
