摘要：On January 30th 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 to be a global emergency and pandemic. Thus various countries launched lockdown and quarantines to contain the spread of the infection. The confinement of the population in France was promulgated on March 17th 2020 as a health measure restricting human contact and movement in response to COVID-19 pandemic. On March 23th 2020, the law of state sanitary emergency, voted by the Senate and the National Assembly.
