摘要:Conservation of natural resources and the production of healthy food are highlighted in environmental education. The aim of the project was to stimulate students from the education network in the municipality of Curitibanos/SC, regarding the importance of the production of healthy food and the conservation of the Araucaria forest ecosystem. In this sense, in response to demands from schools in the municipality, recreational activities were carried out emphasizing the importance of these resources from 2017 to 2019, contemplating 801 students. For the activities, two visits were organized for each class; during the first meeting, were presented basic concepts and guidelines for production and consumption of healthy food. During the second meeting children visited an agroecological yard and/or the Pessegueirinho Ecological Trail - Campus of Curitibanos/UFSC. The expressions of interest and evaluation of the activities allowed us to verify that the experiences provided awareness about the conservation of natural resources and the production of healthy food.
